If you host my domain name, do you also host my web site?
No. Web site hosting and Domain name hosting are two different things. Your web site is hosted by a different service provider with "Web Hosting" capabilities.
I use a Netscape 4.X browser and some pages are very slow to display?
Netscape 4.x browsers have a hard time with complicated tables which is needed to display some of the information in our web site. We are trying to speed it up, but we strongly urge you to upgrade your browser to either: Netscape 6.X or IE (internet Explorer) 5.5 or 6.X.
I registered a domain name with you. How do I connect this name to my existing website?
Login to the site if you aren't logged in already. Under the "Domain Name" section go to the "My domains" link. Click on the domain you want to manage, from there you can modify your DNS settings. Remember it can take the world root up to 2 days to propagate your domain name.
How do I get to the page to make changes to my technical contacts or administrative contacts, etc?
Go to the "Domain Control Panel" for the domain you want to edit. In the "Utilities" section click "Contact/WhoIs Information".
How do I view a complete list of all the names that I have successfully registered?
From the "my domains" section, click on the "Report" menu item.
What is the "watch list" and how does it work?
All unavailable names left after a "list register" (feature allowing you to register more than one name at a time) are added to your "watch list" tab (located under the "my domains" section). You can now leave these names in this list and keep on checking their availability as often as you want, or delete them if you are not interested in obtaining them any longer.
When I register my new domain name, how long will it take to go "live" on the internet?
From 12 to 48 hours; 24 to 48 hours being the most likely. The registry only updates the zone files from their database once every 12 hours, but as domain sales increase, so does the queue.
